Can Naruto outspeed the 4th Hokage?

Hey guys I was just curious what you all thought about Naruto and Minatos speed. In the Manga when Naruto is using the BM Kakashi thought it was Minato that saved them at first til Guy said something. So i was just wondering what you all think, is Naruto faster than Minato is he slightly slower? Or are the two on par with each other.
