The one who knows everything contradicts a later statements when orochimaru says "them"
so it makesit hard for me to pinpoint but the people on the list are

Shisui - I think this only because he was seen once more in this latest chapter.
sage - He is the vessel of all knowledge
elder son and/or younger son - since they gave rise to both clans
or his parents since that theory is flying around too.
I think the reaper death seal might be on the scroll as well considering hiruzen used it to seal his arms and knowing that the first and second were in there he might of been trying to get it all back

'them' has got to be someone related to the so6p because theres been some talk of him, only in the past few chapters aand i dont see why theyd mention him only up untill now and not show him or sommething of him.

I really doubt you even have a mid-level of knowledge of the Naruto lore...And does adding five or so exclamation points make your point any sharper..? The sage was dead long before the village was created, so how would he answer Sasuke the questions about the village?

Sasuke is trying to get the other side of the story to prevent hearing more biased Uchiha opinions before he makes his final decision. The right man for that is Hashirama Senju. Also, when you make claims of knowing a lot about the series, you should back up your threads with evidence rather than just spam the place with a new souless thread.
