The Byakugan Is The Third Eye + Asian Mythology Naruto Link

Kishi Follows Buddhism as well Other Japanese Religion and in some capacities Japanese and Chinese Folklore, with a lot of what we have seen In Naruto.

The Third Eye In Buddhism is meant to represent Enlightenment and the "All Seeing Eye".

Those with the Byakugan have been noted as being able to see more than anyone else.

I will list what ths Kekkei Genkai enables:

Near 360 Degree Spherical Vision With A Radius Of At Least 800 After Training

With Correct Tenketsu Training The Blind Spot Is Eliminated Completely

X-Ray vision

Telescopic vision

Chakra Nature Detection

Genjutsu Detection

Chakra Network insight

So as you can see out of all the Kekkei Genkai this one can see the most.

"In Taoism and many traditional Chinese religious sects such as Chan (a cousin to the Zen school), "third eye training" involves focusing attention on the point between the eyebrows with the eyes closed in various qigong postures. The goal of this training is to allow students to tune into the correct "vibration" of the universe and gain a solid foundation into more advanced meditation levels.

In this theory, the third eye, also called the mind's eye, is situated between the two eyes, and expands up to the middle of the forehead when opened. Taoism says it is one of the main energy centers of the body located at the sixth chakra, with the third eye forming a part of the main meridian, the line separating left and right hemispheres of the body.
"

Wiki

(Qigong posture training also concerns the control of chi through the body, this could be connected to gentle fist, but that's a separate issue)

So yes Tobi's eye slot is in between his two eyes, the Sharingan and the Rinnegan.

Well TBH this is no where near detailed enough to be considered a full theory.

SO!! I invite all of you to, if you want, to help me finish this theory by finding some king of link between the Byakugan, the Sharingan and the Rinnegan!!

__________________________________________________________________________________

The Rinnegan seems to do things that are not held under one umbrella the best theory I have found for it is a Buddhism one posted on this forum.

As for the Sharingan, I think it concentrates more on summoning the power of Japanese Deities, and their mythical weapons.

The eyes of the Sharingan it self when it comes analysis are like a weaker Yata Mirror (which changes it's nature and shape to block against attacks), Sharingan is also meant to mean Mirror Wheel Eye.

Izanagi washed Tsukuyomi out of his right eye, and Tobi's right eye is a Sharingan eye

Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu are noble children of the Diety Izanagi

Amaterasu Swore to never look at Tsukuyomi again for killing one of Uke Mochi, the food Deity, when Tsukuyomi went to represent Amaterasu at a feast with the Deity.

The forever burning flames could be a symbol of the everlasting hatred that Amaterasu.

The consequence for looking at Tsukuyomi (into the eye of an Uchiha casting) may also be linked to this.

Susanoo, is meant to be the Ruler Of Yomi, Itachi's Susanoo Wields The Sword Of Totsuka, which is depicted as sake gourd with the sake blade.

Eating from the land of Yomi prohibits leaving the land forever, it is possible that drinking the sake of the sake gourd sends the person to Yom (the sealing of the person pierced by the Totsuka Blade in a Genjutsu world for ever).

Also the sword of Kusanagi is found within the 8 headed beast that Susanoo killed (Orochimaru) and given to Amaterasu as a gift to appease her (Sasuke receiving the sword of Kusangi from Orochimaru, and him having better control over Amaterasu).

Also Itachi's Susanoo could be the true personification of the Deity, as he has the weapons that Susanoo is said to have really used, hence why his Susanoo is actually probably the strongest, even next to PS.

Itachi without sickness and with EMS would probably be quite unstoppable, as it would likely represent true Susanoo

BTW I know why susanoo's nose is long, it is because susanoo was born when Izanagi washed his nose.

There right and left eyes bleed because Tsukuyomi, and Amaterasu was born when Izanagi washed his right and left eyes.

Also Izamani stops Izanagi, because Izanagi tried to change destiny by bringing his wife Izanami back from Yomi, but she instead chased him out of Yomi.

So that's my two cents, why don't you help me out here people

xd
