As far as I can tell, Base Sasuke > Base Lee and Base Sasuke > Base Neji, but since only Sasuke is base, then Gates Lee and Byakuugan Neji> 3 tomoe Sasuke.

Dude neji vs 3t sasuke is 60/40 to neji there about evenly matched added lee with his gates is overkill

Tbh this wasn't really fair if it was MS sasuke then it would be lee and neji very high difficulty and if it was EMS sasuke, sasuke might take this with high diff

It is not that simple, this move is not even fatal. And if sasuke tries to get close to neji heavenly rotation and if lee goes gates sasuke is done for base sasuke does not have this MS sasuke yh that's debatable.

Neji and Lee can beat base Sasuke with mid-high difficulty and this is being slightly generous towards Sasuke. Either one of them would give Sasuke a good fight but Sasuke, imo beats either. Sasuke could beat either in a 1 VS 1 with mid-high difficulty.
The fight would play out so that Sasuke would have to worry about gated Lee while also worrying about Neji. It would be almost impossible to fight both at the same time and Sasuke's only hope is to put Lee into a genjutsu and during that time kill Neji but Sasuke probably won't be able to pull it off. Chidori Nagashi is a very useful and underrated move but Neji can stay mid range to attack Sasuke while Lee blitzes from the back. Sasuke won't be able to beat the both of them together no matter how you look at it.
Make this fight Hebi Sasuke VS Neji and Lee to make it more interesting. MS Sasuke stomps because destroying susanoo with gentle fist sounds too far fetched. Also Sasuke can easily prep kirin if he can use his mangekyou.
