She is not weak but she is not that strong also especially when some people try to compare her with top tier characters. People believe that cuz she is kage she can't be beaten by others and overrate her when they forget that we've seen a lot of kages defeated before, so it means nothing at all. Oro defeated Gaara's father. Deidara defeated Gaara. Sasori defeated Sandaime Kazekage. So yes she is strong, but not overpowered. From what we've seen from her, i see a lot of people stronger than her

EXACTLY. It's just that plot no jutsu prevents that from happening (notice how every time she uses Lava Release, it either MISSES, or is defended against using a Susano'o) because melting people on an anime is just too gory to show!

I mean, from what we've seen, she's able to FLOOD the battle terrain with lava. What kind of shinobi (besides Susano'o users) could defend against that?
