I don't know what the person I quoted thought but I meant fodder to what he was before. Either way he is still a book worm nerd and I am happy oro took away his cells from him.

Oro took only his own cells away. Kabuto most probably still has Taka's and Sound Five's cells which means he can still go sage mode. His immortality is gone but his regeneration is still strong because of Karin's DNA and Suigetsu's water body technique. If he lost everything then he is probably on the same level as Kakashi if not weaker.

But I think kabuto said something like he can use the sound five because they are all compatible with oro's curse mark and because he is oro's cells that means him.

I don't know about karin jugo and suigetsu though.

If he did lose everything I think he is below kakashi now, kakashi has improved since part 1 instead of kabuto to improve on his own skills he was working on others. #true story.
