Questions on Kabuto

Since orochimaru took back his chakra from kabuto, do you guys still consider kabuto as powerful as once thought? I know he is a skilled medical ninjutsu user, and has vast knowledge of the naruverse, but he is really in your top 10 in most powerful ninjas? I kinda lost a lot of respect for him since he has been caught in inzanami for so long

we don't know if he can still use snake sage mode, we have no indication telling us he needed those cells to do so, because frog sage mode didnt need any special requirements, so i dont see why snake sage mode should

if he can use snake sage mode, then no, he's still a serious threat, if he cant, he's still a skilled chakra blade user and medical ninja, hell never be fodder
