I agree, but they shouldn't be taxed more either. We want them to buy that jet, since the people who worked to make the jet need to get paid...so they can pay the shool that teaches their children, the taxi they took from the bar where they spent all that cash, the blonde they tipped real big that night, the hotel they slept in so they wouldn't go home to the wife drunk, down to the breakfast they had later that next morning, the hotdog they bought at lunch, then the dinner they took their wife too for not coming home last night, the brunette their wife got mad at because they tipped her too much...

It's called trickle down, and that's just one person...they're affecting all those people they came in contact with along the way, who were in turn able to pay for things they wanted. Which helped those people pay for what they wanted...which...okay, you get the point. xd

yes we SHOULD do something about the 99:1 and that includes higher taxes for the rich and eventually reshaping capitalism

if taxes are paid the government gets more to spend and last i checked the governments spend the most money for the good of ALL not just the 1% ... this also is called trickle down

I don't think so it looks to me Mitt Romney just wants to protect the rich. He is Bush all over again.

This is what Obama proposed. He wants to extend tax cuts for people making under 250k/yr for a year and let tax cuts expire for people like myself on Jan.1. While they debate it out.

He actually says like myself. In a nutshell he wants to raise taxes for the rich not by much and keep tax cuts for the not so.



Romney Campaign is just full of lies. He's calling Obama economic plan a "massive tax increase" which is bs. All he is doing is reverting it to how it was before. Obamas plan is the same way how they got out of the depression in the 1st place.


Say someone makes 2million dollars a year there making about 25,000 a week. The plan only reduces the profits to about 2,000-3,000 a week. I mean really? Massive tax increase :sy:

He's also saying higher taxes on small business owners lose jobs which is also bs. There is no proof of that at all.

Mitt Rommney is just looking out for his own money and other rich folk. He has like 3 foreign bank accounts and refuses to show his tax claims. I wonder why.


Obama is for the middle class and the greater good of the country.

but would you want to be treated like that if you were rich? of course. i wishe everything in america was a democratic style i mean we dont even get to vote really... the minority always ends up in office due to the electorial college so in all reality there is no point but if it was right then the poeple would choose not let the superiors choose

I still stand by my position that the Republicans will probably keep the House and take the Senate. Democrats having 23 seats up for grabs compared to the Republicans 10 seats spells bad news for the Democrats in the Senate

As for the presidency, if the economy tanks again Obama will not be re-elected in November. If the economy stays the way it currently is or gets better, Obama will be re-elected. This election is basically about getting revenge on Obama for not fixing the economy or re-electing him for fixing it

Wow...you didn't understand a single word of that post I see... :sy: And no, Government doesn't create jobs, it never has. What you're describing is a bunch of people working for the government, and hardly anyone working for themselves...so when it's time to pay any taxes at all, there's no one to pay them.

Government loves to choke itself to death. Tell you what, grab a history book and read up on the fall of Rome...you'll see the parallels. When gov. gets to big, it goes out of control. Also, once a people realize they can vote money out of the treasury, that's the beginning of the end for that country.

democraacy simply doesnt work if 1% own most of the money, its impossible, yes government COULD create jobs if we reformed capitalism
