Kishi messed up on Tobi ...he nerfed him so much

I think its just because Tobi is trying to reserve his chakra for later

in terms of the plot we need edo madara.

Lets see what he can do with the juubi before we say he was nerfed.

Tobi is weak. He doesnt fight he sucks people into his face. Despite having 2 powerful dojutsu, he still cant fight worth a dam. He sent the Jinucriki to face Naruto and Bee, and he even sent Gedo Mazo to fight directly. He sends people to fight for him, he's nothing but a huge glob of Zetsu goop with a conscienceness. He's about to lose so he has no choice but to send Gedo Mazou early.

Also, WHY THE HELL does he have a rinnegan if he never uses it? You'd think he'd use it in this fight, absorb Narutos chakra, make a chibaku Tensei, SHINRA TENSEI is devastating, store them up in that giant mouth monster like Kabuto planned. He's trying to take over the world, armed with unstoppable power and instead of using it, he uses a bunch of corpses. If he at least fought alongside the jinchuriki Okay, but he stood. {Before I start I would like to say that , this is merely my opinion it's not a fact , but I would like to share it ...so please don't flame , only disagree with logic if you do}

so : I think , Kishi has messed up big time on Tobi , and nerfed him so much

I mean making him summon the incomplete Juubi this early , is so stupid and a bit annoying .

I mean :

1- Tobi declared a War on the entire world (5 Nations) by himself FFS , Even Before Kabuto joined him .


2- Tobi didn't even want Kabuto to join him , he only joined him because of the 6th Coffin Edo: Uchiha Madara .



In my estimation : A man that Manipulates the Akatsuki , an organization that consists of S-rank Nukenin Shinobi / Rogue Ninjas from behind the scenes ...,Controls Kirigakure's Yondaime Mizukage (stated as a jinchuriki that fully controls it's bijuu ) for a long long time ...Controls the kyuubi with a 3 Tomoe sharingan , and attacks Konohagakure , knowing it had two Hokages at that time (btw. the only reason Minato beat him is because Tobi under-estimated him and Minato somewhat outsmarted Tobi) ...and then again Declares War by himself on the world by himself like I stated , Is not weak by anymeans .

Like I'm so annoyed by how Kishi makes Tobi look like a complete Joke just because of Naruto's Plot No jutsu . In my opinion Tobi should be atleast able to destroy Kakashi by himself not with the Juubi and very easily might I add ...In the very least ! ...but of course Plot no jutsu .


I'm not fan-boying over Tobi or anything , and probably Kishi making Uchiha Madara return is what made Kishi forget about Tobi , and give all the Hax to Madara .

So in short , Tobi is way way way nerfed by Kishi for supposedly Shippuden's main Antagonist/Villian

you have to take in mind that Tobi thinks all the edo tensei are gone. including madara. the only thing flowing through tobi's mind is,

because he is being pushed back and is pretty desperate to win right now.
so it makes perfect sense for him to want to summon it.

Tobi was kinda provoked by Naruto, don't you think? He was underestimating Naruto a lot but he finally realized he shouldn't be underestimating him. He was like "Ok **** it, gonna bring out the Juubi"
Tobi still has a lot left to show.

Maybe it's not that Tobi couldn't have done the full Juubi. Maybe it was more about him not wanting to take the chance of fighting them any longer, because if he only revives the lesser Juubi first, then he can capture Naruto and Bee and make it a full Juubi possibly. He has been waiting very long to accomplish his plan, so maybe he is supposedly getting impatient. Although you could be right about him. Tobi isn't fully understood yet though.

I'm totally fine with it.

I'm not blaming you, you are just pointing out your opinion. and i was just like you,usually blamed the mangaka when he did not do things that i thought he would. but then i realised,this is his manga.his manga has survived till now from 1999 and i believe he will do something better than what we have expected.

Plus,we dont even know whether it is an incomplete juubi or not. This is just like madara. Remember when kishi made (most) of us thought he would disappear and poof just like that,and dan would poof without showing his ghost jutsu (sorry i dont remember its name). back then i remember a lot of people complained and said kishi trolled mssed up things etc. but in the end,the wheel turned.I also remember when i was the one who said kishi trolled itachi. I thought itachi would never say a thing to sasuke and would poof leaving his clueless brother without trying to tell sasuke how he feels about sasuke.

Again,I'm not blaming you. I'm just sharing my opinion. i know we have not seen tobi vs naruto fight for about 4 months and all of a sudden he looks like trying to show off his juubi or something. but it is better to wait until the chapter comes,and when it really trolls you,then it would be much more reasonable to tell your opinion.
