Bijuu mode naruto can create a kurama cloak around him that looks like this:

Naruto activated the kurama cloak AFTER he deflected the TBB's.. That huge nine-tails cloak isnt the bijuu mode. His kyuubi mode looking form with the robe is bijuu mode.

no the bijuu mode naruto that deflected the tbbs hadnt made a complete transformation into bijuu mode and still had speed. bijuu mode naruto is when he transfoms into kurama hence the name bijuu mode. you cant just step out of a chakra shroud. it is attached to your body and goes where you go. by your logic Ay could just step out of his V2 chakra cloak without deactivating his cloak.

naruto's clones dont use BM mode so they dont have to stay inside kuruma. they can hop off you connect two completely different things. kuruma's form can let people stay within it such as kakashi and guy they are not trapped there. Naruto's clones are similar they dont use Biju mode they dont require to stay inside naruto. Only the original(aka actual naruto the one with the new cloak) is using BM. other naruto clones can jump out as they are not the same as the original naruto and not apart of BM.
