but he still has the chakra inside of him, otherwise they wouldn have said he sealed half off it inside of him, so wouldn that make hima pseudo jinchuriki too?

If he survived the sealing, then he would have an insane amount of Chakra. From what we've seen of Minato so far he already has insane chakra reserves, the nine tails chakra would only make him better I think.

guys for the record minato DID NOT seal half of the 9 tails within himself, he sealed half in naruto and the other half in the reaper death seal. So to answer your question NO even if he had survived he wouldn't be a jinchuriki.

What your saying is that he did not seal the Kyuubi completely which is impossible. The seal takes his soul in the process. He also did not seal the Chakra into himself. When he sealed the Kyuubi, he split the Chakra in half, Naruto and the other Death God. If he were to use the Death God seal upon himself than the same effects of the Jutsu would still take place. The Kyuubi would than go on a rampage and it would be a pointless effort of sealing the Kyuubi.

The Kin/Gin Brothers were also different in this case. They eat the inside stomach of the Kyuubi. [1]

But we use what we have for those threads. This thread is all about giving Minato a power he was never shown with. By this logic... I can give Naruto the Rinnegan, just because he looks like the Sage.
