Kakashi can still use all of his jutsu without Sharingan

Kakashi does not need the Sharingan to perform the jutsu he uses. He uses the Sharingan to read movements and Kamui. The Sharingan isn't the jutsu to use other people's jutsu, it's a dojutsu that allows the user to understand the jutsu. Just as Naruto learned the Rasengan, Kakashi can do it. Other shinobi use Fire Style jutsu. Kakashi just knows how to do it uses it. The Sharingan isn't the ability to use those jutsu.

am no one said he could do it without sharingan but wat u have to remember is that sharingan makes him able to do it, if he did not have sharingan his chidori would fail every time since he wouldn't see when enemies counter it
