B)A Perfect Jin
C)A Chakra Sensor
D)Know your under a genjutsu and have experienced it before

Then you wont be able to break it or see through the illusion there is also the possibitly someone with strong will power would survive it and be able to keep fighting

How many times did Sasuke use Enton before he mastered Amaterasu beyond Itachi level and put it to effective use in battle against Raikage? Only once . . . Also Itachi used his Tsukiomy on Sasuke on the night of the Massacre while he awakened MS probably near the time Shisui died. Some people are just naturals in some aspects.

Ah, the OP failed horribly. He's comparing a MS genjutsu to a 3 Tomoe genjutsu. What kind of logic is that? Itachi's MS allows him to completely control space, matter and time. So a 3T genjutsu > Tsukuyomi, when the first one does not possess the power that Tsukuyomi possesses? OK, awesome. I guess I was wrong then ^^

Useless is a harsh word and biased, if a person cant fire a gun with a steady hand then the user is at fault not the gun and genjutsu requires high amount of intelligence in the first place . . . . . Itachi imagined whole new worlds with his genjutsu while Sasuke can only imagine huge beasts, feather spears, closed eyes etc its Sasuke who is lacking control. A true Tsukiomy is near impossible to break except by a skilled Uchiha then also it causes terrible strain.

but the way i see it, tsukuyomi is a bad gun like say a musket but a good enough user with a musket can be very deadly. but in the case of tsukuyomi, the more you practice, the more vision you lose so by the time you get can use it well enough to be deadly, you would be near blind unless youre ridiculously talented like itachi

What part of 'Genjutsu require high intelligence' do u not get? A moron cant fly a spaceship. Plus its yet to be proven that anyone except Itachi can use a true Tsukiomy . . . . Sasuke till now never said Tsukiomy while casting genjutsu, only mangekyo genjutsu. Danzo only compared Sasuke's genjutsu with Itachi's Tsukiomy, never named Sasuke's genjutsu. Even the recent chapters suggests Sasuke cant use Tsukiomy.

All abilities are perfected through experience. Itachi is alot older than Sasuke and as it seems has alot more experience using Genjutsus. Sasuke on the other hand seems to have been a late bloomer but has been doing a pretty good job so far. Sasuke defeated a sickly Itachi and a..."I don't know a good word to decribe how messed up he is" Danzo. Who gives a crap about this. Sasuke has done well and doesn't really have the experience to be compared to his brother. Sasuke can't use Izanami or Izanagi. Tsukoyomi is a great technique when an experienced user uses it. Sasuke is just not there yet.
You can compare it to a warrior that has used a rapier as a weapon most of his life and tries to use a two handed bastard sword. They are both blades but they aren't used the same way. Eventually though he will get the hang of it the more he uses it.

Itachi was 13 when he awakened MS and used Tsukiomy while Sasuke is 16 when he awakened MS and nearly immediately mastered Blaze release.
