well my question is earlier on in the chapter Suigetsu said clear as day that Orochimaru wasn't able to use his arms because the shiki fujin the third used on orochimaru right? And thats how Sasuke defeated him?

But I remember clearly that Orochimaru was using his arms against 4 tail Naruto as you can see here

When orochimaru needs a body his body returns to his normal way
When sasuke defeated him he was in need of a body Thts why he was so sickly when defeated

He simply couldn't use hand seals. Against the 4-tail Naruto all he did was punch him, and for the Triple Rashomon all he did was bite his fingertips and slam them on the ground. he didn't need any seals for that

Hiruzen took away his ability to use ninjutsu.. when he punched naruto he was simply using his strength, not ninjutsu.. And if you watch the anime you will see that when he summoned the wall he didnt even form a handsign which means he had some other way of summoning it.

If he wasn't able to use ninjutsu, then he wouldn't be able to summon anything either...

he was able to use ninjutsu. the 3rd sealed his arms so he couldnt use ninjutsu's but once Oro changed bodies he got his arms back & his jutsus. when he fought naruto4T, he was not trying to kill him(maybe when Oro used the grass sword) so he didnt need certain jutsus, basically holding back. when he lost to sasuka the 1st thing sassuka did was stopped Oro from using his hands to make seals & it was a sneak attack. if u look at jutsus u will see that electric base jutsus parrolize(spelled it wrong) the area it hit(sasuka hit Oro's wrist). now he should be able to use jutsus

well the only reason he defeated Orochimaru in my eyes was because of Plot No Jutsu & because Orochimaru was immensely sick... >_>
