what people need to understand is.... Minato without any knowledge on tobi or anything he figured out his tech and touched him.. Noone else has done that..he also hit and damaged him that much...tobi didnt touch minato...or touched him once...minato is too fast... And he killed how many people in a second?...1 mistake from gaara and its over
No sir there is common sense in my logic minato hasnt shown that he is able to use his technique more than once and even if so just covering himself with sand would rule any techs minato has his strongest offensive tech is an odama rasengan which would not defeat gaara even if he could hit him with it
Okay first of all none of Gaara's attacks will work on Minato. All Minato has to do is FTG away if he is trapped by sand.
Secondly, Minato can summon frogs which can use oil to make Gaara's sand useless.
Thirdly, if Minato tags Gaara's sand or throws a tagged kunai near Gaara. He can teleport right next to Gaara and rasangan him. This wouldn't be a 1 hit kill because of sand armour but I have no doubt that Minato would pull it off with maybe 3 rasangans.
The nine tails is one physical being, while sand is many seperate grains of sand.. Minao can not teleport all of it at once. And gaara doesnt need that much time to make large amounts of sand as seen here:

Best example is 1:40 into the video..
It doesnt take gaara long at all to use large sand techniques. The entire video porves this. And gaara is pretty smart as well he would let minato try the same move twice.
Minato using FTG is faster than lee w/gates. But base speed minato is not, he is only as fast as lee with no ankle weights.
Could you explain how Minato is getting a kunai behind gaara.. Gaara's sand is reflecting everything that comes gaara's way.. as long as minato is throwing projectiles he isnt gonna be able to get close to gaara.. Especially not current gaara.
See thats where you're wrong. Completely. Gaara's sand doesnt reflect projectiles. It absorbs them. The kunai will most likely get stuck up in the sand like Sasuke's shurikens did when he fought Gaara. That will be the downfall of Gaara.
You're underrating Gaaras durability here, and ignoring the fact that Gamabunta is nothing but a huge, HUGE target. Look at the situation presented. Gaara is high up in the air, and Minato has summoned Gamabunta. Now in order for Minato to reach Gaara he must be on top of Gamabunta, and have him jump towards Gaara. That is one target. A huge, big, fat frog jumping towards Gaara who has the higher ground.. that's a recipe for disaster if I ever saw one. All Gaara has to do is get a hold of one little limb, and when you can do **** like this it's really not that hard.

Take note that that's Deidaras fastest bird, the eagle, a much faster and smaller target than Gamabunta. But this is about the water bullet, I digress. Just had to get that out there. Firstly, water is not enough to destroy Gaaras sand. This has been proven time and time again. With that said, it's not going to penetrate Gaara's ultimate defense, and on that note I present you with the following.

If you bothered to read, and look at all the images I just showed you you'll notice several things. One, Gaara took a freaking Jokey Boy explosion to the face. Two, he didn't use his ultimate defense nor his Armour of Sand. Three, in terms of knockdown power Jokey Boy >> Water Bullet. I mean just look at the size of that damn thing, it's bigger than Gamabunta himself. Gaara time and time again has been shown to have extreme durability, even when he fought Deidara he didn't actually die from the explosion, he died from exhaustion. Add the Armour of Sand, and his Ultimate Defense to the equation and the Water Bullet is next to nothing to the Sandman.
Don't get me wrong Minato stands a solid chance, and there's ways he can win as well. Gamabuntas oil will prove to be a problem (even though he can't make as much oil as Gaara can make sand), he can teleport any time he's caught, and he can put tags in Gaaras sand so when he brings it back he can be within striking range. All in all I don't see it happening, being on the ground is a death sentence, and if he loses Gamabunta he basically loses the battle. That's just my opinion though, you don't have to agree.

Gaara's sand can throw the kunai when it catches it.. and gaara would obviously see and learn that minato uses kunai to teleport and he will make sure the are nowhere near him.

There is no doubt Gaara on the ground can protect himself from a water bullet. However we're talking about when he's air borne here. I really doubt he will have enough sand in the air to make
a shield strong enough to protect him.
Bolded part: No I dont think so for several reasons. The simplest is that there are a whole population of toads , some as huge as a mountain which a blood contract summoner has at his disposal. And also Minato can simply teleport with Gama like he did with the kyubi
The irrefutable FACT is that minato can evade all of gaaras attack in almost every location
