Looking for some criticism and suggestions

First let me say I don't own an editing program, I use pixlr.com as my only form of editing so I'm slightly limited with what options I have available.

So yeah, I've been doing free requests for people to practice. These are some of the ones that I've done. None of these were taken/are no longer being used. Anyone who wants to can take them, just let me know (no charge, just so I don't let other people take them in the future).

I don't know if you'd be interested, but I use the free photo editing program GIMP and it is very powerful. I'm not familiar with the website you're using but your work looks pretty good for you being new. In my experience the more you mess around with your Signatures and Avatars and leave your comfort zone the better your stuff becomes! So just keep with it!

Hmmm, I really like to offer CnC, for the sake of people improving. Just a little warning - I'll be straight up about it.

The Rock Lee and Orochimaru one are my favourites, you have a nice blend and colour working for you in those. The others...I'm not too fond of. Some are too saturated and so look lower in quality, the overlay in some of the effects isn't appealing like the first Shikamaru one or the Minato one. Work a bit more with textures and overlaying - you'll find some more 'relaxing to the eye' effects.

I hope that's helped in the slightest, and if it was harsh I'll keep my trap shut from now on.
