I was thinking EMS Madara and not Edo Madara, however, I think his intelligence should be 4.5. Everything else is a 5.

The problem is that all our real experience with Madara is that of Edo Madara. They do not have the same skill set.

What has given you ANY idea that Madara is fast? Also, what are Madara's Genjutsu feats? Getting Raikage while he was grabbed still? A 4.5 sure, but I'd say someone like Itachi or the 2nd Mizukage has a 5.
