Hashirama art

I actually drew this a long time ago when the chapter "Orgin of Konaha" came out and i saw a great close up of hashirama and decided to draw him, then i added young madara and tobi. I know its not original but what are your guys speculations, advice, concerns and comments?

Yeah ive been practicing with the shading haha, i have my own style cuz i just use a pencil nothing else. The basic wooden pencil because you get unique strokes that you cant get from other types. Thanks though xd

Either too much Naruto or it being 3 am has ruined my mind I read "Shading No Jutsu" that would be a strange jutsu used by Sai or something and now I am rambling.
