Why ask me where it says this in the manga, many things have been said in the manga that are proven wrong by feats.

It is like when I was being asked to show where it says the Hyuga can see with through their eye lids even though they can see through walls.

They see everything about you, including muscle movements.

Ok, please go to my OP you will see neji sees the shinobi's mouth section of his chakra network filling with chakra, he predicted the attack that was coming and preped for the attack.

This is not an expert Hyuga but a child able to quickly spot a change in the chakra network and prepare.

Show me a manga scan were it says the Byakugan can predict movements

Neji lost to the strongest character of the Manga, yeah Naruto didn't have rasengan, so?

Naruto went into cloak mode his chakra network was no longer visible to Neji who had seen cloak mode for the first time, please tell me what it was exactly that Neji was meant to do?

Sasuke also lost to Naruto in round one at the valley of the end, this was when his eyes were in the same condition as they were when he fought and lost to Gaara in the chunin exams.

After being pulverized Sasukes eyes finally fully mature and then Naruto went into 2 tailed form and beat him again, then Sasuke was saved by curse mark.

Both Sasuke (who know lacks curse mark) and Neji are stronger than they were.

Susano is easy to get close to as seen with A against sasuke and the 5 kages against madara the only problem is if your close to it you better have some powerful attack to damage it or your dead. I believe up close heavenly rotation would be deadly as seen with the ground when heavenly rotation is preformed.

If he could just heavenly rotate the arrow out of the way, why didn't he do it against Kidomaru? Now I'm just curious. It would have saved him a lot of injury.

This is a well thought out theory, but most of this is just speculation as we have not seen a hyuga battle an EMS Uchiha, but I highly doubt a Byakugan user stands a fraction of a chance against an EMS user.

1. Take a look at all the MS/EMS users we know, they are all pretty much beastly legends, besides Sasuke, but he may as well be on his way there. They are all extremely powerful, and have some of the most hax jutsu in Naruto. I doubt Neji could beat an EMS user.

2. The Byakugan has had virtually no growth since part 1, this is a major drawback because the Sharingan has evolved multiple times and back then Sasuke and Neji were somewhat on equal terms. Not saying that Neji hasn't grown, but his power boosts have not been as significant as the Sharingan has.

I do find this theory very interesting, I have not written it off, because you make some valid points. You used Naruto logic to come up with your conclusions, Example: Neji was able to remove the webs from his body by expelling chakra through his pores, logic would suggest that this would have the same effect on everything that he comes in to contact with, but can we really use logic in Naruto??

Anyway, my final conclusion, I don't think Neji could beat EMS Sasuke, he would just be too much for him. But if we were able to see the full extent of what Neji is capable of now, he would probably have a better chance against an MS Sasuke.

I however was basing this on the ability of Byakugan vs EMS pointing out that they can win unless Kishi makes them suddenly forget they have this ability.

Yea when gaara saved sasuke's life an raikage's leg, because A broke suasnoo an hurt sasuke with a chop, that axe kick would of went right through which is why before gaara save him sasuke looked like he was about to have a baby lol
