The second Hokage is a weakling. Remember that fight we saw in him where he was pushed to his limits? /sarcasm

Seriously though, The second Mizukage would certainly be a problem for any non uchiha.

your right in my total of 2 years on this site. { a year was spent just as a guest]

i think this guy is the best at makeing vaild and none fanboy threads.

lately all the highly level ranked members have been makeing troll thread
such as puting naruto> threads and sasuke< threads.

shit gets unbearable. i wonder if he will make a sasuke vs naruto thread w/o plot no jutsu and w/o being basied either way.

but yeah nothing much has been said about second hokage, but i think mizukage could take him. and for the people saying EDO TENSI JUTSU GG...
who would he revive?

i doubt he would go to the extent of doing what kabuto did such as grave robbing and all that jazz.
Thanks for the compliment

Also good points its good you see you not just going "Edo Tensei, wins by default"

+Rep for the good post and hopefully you stick around on this thread

Tobirama can possibly stand a chance with his thunder sword, but besides that i dont see how he could win
Nidaime Mizukage also has that tricky genjutsu

Based on what we know.

Tobirama used S/T but not at the level that minato used it.

He was is a master at water techs.

Lost to the to Elite nin.

It would be tough I need to look up the second mizu

tobirama is not even mentioned enough and if you count the thunder sword than it would lead too the mizukage death and he could sense right with the touch of a finger.

but there isn't enough about him and the space time could make the 2nd hokage avoid tech's but we really don't know who would win but with impure resurrection i think tobirama is the most feared kage in his era.

Hi Negative Knight.

The biggest problem I have is that you seem to think, just because the 2nd mizukage is from the Hozuki clan, he can use all the Hozuki techniques that Suigetsu has used. My point is kinda backed up by the fact that his hydrification technique is very different to that of Suigetsu's. It seems like he stays solid but excretes oil. If his hydrification technique was like Suigetsu, wouldn't Gaara's sand techniques have gone straight through him or something? To be honest, I'm not to sure about his hydrification jutsu. Other than that, I dont really have a problem with what you have said and I liked the addition of that elemental advantage and weakness thing that you included, although, the oil from the 2nd Mizukage's hydrification technique could help alleviate the lightning weakness.

We really haven't seen enough from Tobirama but they are both obviously very powerful. The 2nd Mizukage just happens to possess some very unique and tricky techniques (Joki Boi and Mist Mirage genjutsu) which makes him incredibly difficult to take down, and I doubt the sharingan could see through the mirage as it seems to work in a similar way to the Hidden Mist jutsu.

ah the Hydrification is the same as Suigetsu, the experimentation Orochimaru did on him i think was to isolate the gene which induced the effect of turning from solid to liquid and vice-versa. Look at Karin and Jugo for example, the same was done with as they both are exactly the same before Orochimaru employed them, he needed Karin's life force and Jugo's Curse mark to implant in other people. This is backed up by Kabuto who starts claiming he is the closest living person to the S06P because of all the clan's dna (extracted by orochimaru from Suigetsu and similar people) resided in himself.

Well he certainly makes Tobiramas suiton worthless although does the Mizukage have Sugiestu technique? Where was it confirmed that he can do that or part of that clan?

I dont think we have seen enough of Tobirama to comment im assuming Tobirama has sealing techniques so i would give it to him high difficulty because that combined with space time would be very deadly

Even though Tobirama labeled Edo Tensei a Kinjutsu you can assume that he would use it in a life death situation. As for the affinity you raise a very good point. Regardless of being the best water user in the past, his water techniques will in fact have no affect on the 2nd Mizukage.

Tobirama will have to solely rely on other ninjutsu genjutsu and kinjutsu to defeat 2nd Mizukage. As we still have much more to learn about the 2nd Hokage we cannot write him off. He may even have some sort of intangebility himself. Or a second affinity that we havent heard about. In fairness it will be a very interesting fight to see.

I have'nt a clue about who the second mizukage was, I dont even know much about the fourth mizukage, but I believe the Hokage's would be stronger in any case, they are all descendants of an ancient race of the sage.

Yes agreed....both are kage level ninjas...so if you don't consider edo tensei.....it comes down to the the terrain i.e. the location would play a big role.....in a water terrain surely Mizukage wins but otherwise its Tobirama.......

Second Mizukage vs Second Hokage
As with my last Thread this is a thread exploring a largely underrated/not talked about Kage of History and pitting him against a very well known Kage to show how strong this unknown Kage really is.

This is a thread showing why the Second Mizukage can arguably stronger than the Second Hokage. However this thread doesn't account for Edo Tensei

The Second Mizukage has shown a great feat of beating Muu (The 2nd Tschuikage) at the cost of his own life, so read the thread before claiming Tobirama is the best ever.

Why the Second Mizukage is stronger than the Second Hokage?
The main way the Second Mizukage can combine all of these things into an overall advantage is through these things:

1) Absorbing all of the Second Hokage's Very High Magnitude Water Techniques
The Second Mizukage can absorb all of the Second Hokage's water ninjutsu to become progressively stronger and larger in direct proportion into the amount of water he absorbs. Also because of the high magntiude nature of the Second Hokage's techniques he'll be at a very big disadvantage the larger the Jutsu he uses on the Second Mizukage. This is much like a Kisame and chakra relationship only its specific to a type of element.

2) Immune to the Second Hokage's High Prowess Taijutsu

This is a obvious point which basically means the Second Hokage's very high taijutsu skills become useless in the face of the Second Mizukage because of the intangible nature of water meaning he can not be hit by the Second Hokage with either his ninjutsu or taijutsu.

3) Pseudo combination of Minato and Tobi's Space Time Ninjutsu

The Second Mizukage can be like i said earlier anywhere and everywhere all at once if he leads or makes the battle go in the direction of a nearby water source, combined with his intangibility when in liquid state it becomes a form of S/T Ninjutsu which encompasses both Minato's Speed (much faster as it is instanteous, less than 0 seconds in length) and Tobi's intangibility (inability to be harmed in liquid state apart from certain ninjutsu).

The Second Mizukage's Elemental Advantage with Hozuki Nature Transformation

Strengthened by Water techniques as they increase the overall volume of the user of the technique.

Immunity to Wind Techniques as they only work if of a massive magnitude against a increased volume Hozuki user.

Immunity to Earth Techniques as they are solid and usually require the user to hit the opponent directly. Earth traps will also fail as the user can simply seep out of the technique.

Immunity to most fire techniques as the Water > Fire nature of things, but there are exceptions for certain fire techniques and fire release users.

Weakness against very strong fire techniques as the intensity means the user evaporates the user or simply overwhelms the water based technique.

Severe Weakness against lightning as the whole user becomes a liquid (impure water) means that the Di-Charged nature of water (containing both positive and negative minerals) means that it conducts electricity so dangerous and efficiently means the user is electrocuted over and over as they are a complete circuit.

If you check the above spoiler tag you will see the Tobirama's main and only chakra nature (the one he specializes in) will backfire in direct proportion to how strong his water technique is, in the relationship the higher the magnitude of the water technique, the greater the disadvantage Tobirama puts himself in.

The Second Mizukage's oil-based clone technique can act as a constant distraction and disadvanatage to Tobirama as not only will he have to fight the Second Mizukage but constantly avoid the clone to prevent himself being caught in the destructive blast. Also the infinite nature of the the technique (reversible reaction which acts independently) means that it would act as a constant obstacle to the Second Hokage through the fight. Theoretically it could be seen as a 2 vs 1 advantage.

Alternative Argument on why the Second Hokage could win

Other Points to consider:

This thread hasn't even considered the dangerous effects of the Second Mizukage's ultimate Mirage Genjutsu which he could use in conjunction with the clone technique to attack and defend without lifting a finger (once the preparations are set). Also the explosion won't harm the clam because the genjutsu casts a fake version of both the Second Mizukage and the Clam which are hard to tell from the original.

The Second Hokage cannot use Taijutsu in the battle because of how useless it becomes in the face of the Second Mizukage in liquid form and he cannot use water ninjutsu (his main offensive) which strengthens the mizukage. Also his S/T ninjutsu is countered by the ability of attaining a combination of Minato's and Tobi's S/T Jutsus combined in a water filled area.

Finally, this thread has shown simply with his Nature Transformation the Second Mizukage has created a ultimate defense against the Hokage's Main offensive methods, a greater version of S/T Ninjutsu than both Minato and Tobi when fighting in or near a water source.

What do you guys think who would win, the Second Hokage or the Second Mizukage?

Also i need someone to make a Bio for the Second Hokage to add to this thread, please notify me if you will

Proof that the Third Kazekage > The Third Raikage -

Very good points .... i can say that they are equal even if tobirama is to have edo tensei or teleportation....

Why do i say this ... because the second mizukage has

- Steaming Danger Tyranny this is a sucidal attack ... i think this attak killed the second kazekage ... and the second mizukaze becuase both of them said that they both killed one another ....

So the Secon Mizukage could make the battle a draw

-Mirage Genjutsu very good way to hide out whyle he uses the Steaming Danger Tyranny

- I can say the second mizukage can die but he can take the enemy with him in the grave .....

Tobirama ...

Water vs Water in not a big thing .....

The main problem is the teleportation jutsu we dont know .... how this work ... if he can phase any attack like tobi ... its then he can beat the Mizukage...

Also the edo tensei ... well you cn perfrom that in a battle its a preparation for a battle .... so we can judge that

All in all i belive if the Secon Mizukage and the Second Hokage is to battle i say ... that the Second Mizukage will die along side the Second Hokage

As my opinion with any vs. thread, wed have to see it to believe it, any number of factors can effect the real fight, what is eachs stamina without edo tensai? How good of a ninja are they not in techniques but in experience and knowledge? How good are there battle formulas? How strong are there attacks? Especially with someone like tobimaru, who we have seen barely anything of.

well it was a long post but worth it, actually i never thought about this but i really do think that the 2nd mizukage could beat tobirama unless tobirama has some uber strong abilities we don't know about and yea even if im a konoha fanboy i have to go with the mizukage unless as you already mentioned in your post they fight in an environment that don't have any water and one more thing we don't know much about their stamina as i have to go with tobirama this time cuz he's a senju and stamina may be a very important factor in this fight, that's it from me :D

Lol thanks for the compliment, yeah its really possible for the fight to go either way

But the the Hozuki Transformation Technique is a big factor in the fight, probably the only reason the fight can go either way

Actually I can't really decide as we didn't see enough of Tobirama.
But are good water element users and have good jutsus. So I think its intelligence and perfect timing of their jutsu will decide the victor.
