So after looking at the kiba and Naruto chuunin exams fight....

Kiba got the biggest plot-no-jutsu ever. Now I understand that hes not a powerful ninja but I noticed a few things about that fight...

1.Naruto took one hell of a beating

2.knocked kiba out with 1 taijutsu attack

3.after kiba threw smoke bombs the 2nd,3rd and 4th time,he came no where near hitting Naruto...this is weird because kiba should have been able to smell him

Is the inzuka clan this weak?

I don't know, but I wouldn't base a whole clan's strength on 1 clan member. Like Part I Hinata for the Hyuuga or Obito for the Uchiha.
