Huey: Yes, Senpai
Hyuuga's: Our Clan is one of the founding families of Konohagakure. The Clan is split into two sections, the Main family and the Branches of the clan. The Main family see's themselves as worthy users and inheritors of the eye, the heads of the clan began to place restrictions on those branch family members not in power, and applied curse seals on their foreheads The Byakugan is sacred to the clan and we will do anything to protect its secrets.
Abilities: Hyuuga's have a Kekkei Genkai that allows them to see chakra [when their Byakugan is activated], as well as the chakra circulation system inside peoples body.This ability allows them to use their unique/strongest attack style, the Gentle Fist. Hyuuga's also have 360 degrees of vision, except for one blind spot on the back of the neck. The Clan can see through solid objects, and have telescopic sight that varies depending on the user.

Hmm, another dis-advantage and how to counter it ?
I honestly don't know of any besides being more of close range fighters instead of long range-to counter that is to be on the defensive until your abled to come with in a comfortable distance of the opponent. I also did some research and being cast into a genjutsu ? Is a disadvantage, to counter that, cause a sudden shock of pain to yourself, also kai can be used [any outside source of chakra being put into your body].

yep thats right.
So, as far as we know of, there is no specific way of "awakening" someones Byakugan. So it's assumed that all Hyuuga just know how to activate it by nature.
So go ahead and activate your Byakugan and tell me a few things.

* With his Byakugan already activated, he walks towards the dummy with both fist closed. Once within a few feet of the dummy, he unexpectedly spins counter clockwise, at the end of his spin [now facing the dummy and is now within a foot away], quickly using his left hand and right hands with his index and middle finger now fully extended. He hits the dummy's chakra point directly under it's throat, with his left index and middle finger. Quickly after the first move hit, he uses his right index and middle finger to hit the dummy's chakra point directly in the middle of it's chest. Following up the second landed attack, Huey then finishes by using his left index and middle finger to hit the dummy's chakra point directly above it's stomach. *

* I focus chakra into my hands and then have it flow throughout my hands, instantly raw chakra covers my hands as I step forward towards the dummy. I began my assault on the dummy by raising my left hand, with my palm facing the dummy. I then strike the dummy continuously with my left and right palms, 15 times and then finishing with my right palm by hitting the area of the dummy where the heart would be,making it the 16th strike. *

Once my left hand makes contact with the dummy, the chakra that covers my hand, gets inserted into the dummies body, closing any chakra point or damaging any organ that happens to be there. I then raise my right hand, that also has chakra covering it, and strike the dummy with my right palm, also inserting my chakra into the area of the dummies body that I just hit. I then strike the dummy continuously with my left and right palms, 15 times, with each strike I insert my own chakra that covers my hands into the dummies body. Then finishing with my right palm by hitting the area of the dummy where the heart would be, inserting my chakra, which will make it a fatal blow [also making it the 16th strike]. *

For this, I want you to push your chakra out of all your chakra points at the same time, and equally proportioned.
Then, as you do this, you begin spinning, thus creating a protective barrier of chakra around you, capable of deflecting many incoming attacks (rank depending)
