Neji Can Beat Sasuke: My take on this.

Well hopefully you read it which was the main thing as I said it was a good read to show some of neji's counters to sasuke.

I disagree, Nejis chances to beat Sasuke is close to zero... but I still like him

I would say a slim chance but if sasuke gets another upgrade then it would be completely impossible

1. How is Neji gonna fight Sasuke if he cant make eye contact? The byakugan will be a weakness in this fight since he has 360 degree vision, meaning if Sasuke managed to get behind him, Neji can still get caught in genjutsu.

2. If Neji's avoiding eye contact how is he gonna see the build up of chakra in Sasuke's eyes?

3. I dont think Kaiten withh protect him from a susano arrow and his taijustu wont be enough to block Susano's fist or sword and since he cant make eye contact hes gonna be at a major disadvantage.

I kinda agree too. If this is just an actual fight and if Neji can get rid of Saskues chakra points then he has a very good chance. Like you said his main problems would be Amaterasu and Susanoo But Saskues a genius when it comes to fighting and strategizing and he may know a way to counter a Hyuga clan shinobi. But I totally agree with the points you made I think Neji would have a good chance of beating him if this was a legit fight, it would be close. But if Saskue just goes all out from the beginning with Susanoo and all his other EMS abilities then it doesnt really look good. But the points you made were valid

1. This 360 degree vision is the same as normal vision just like if sasuke is infront of him all has to do is not look into his eyes. If sasuke is behind him all he has to do is not look into his eyes.

2. He can watch the head, byakugan can see the whole body and it see's past his eyes and just the chakra points when he wants to.

3. Not making eye contact is just not making eye contact you can look at someone head and not look into their eyes just think about real life. But this is to risky so neji will have to watch body movements like what gai does.
Well sasuke susano arrow 1 shot neji doesn't sound realistic I think neji can alter its path with heavenly rotation and the same with sword attacks and punches.

You raise good points but I think a direct hit from heavenly rotation can break susano enough for an entry. I think it would be as strong as danzo's wind blast if it was up close and a direct hit

I agree with what you said I think the chances of neji winning is very slim but I don't think it is impossible.

If sasuke goes all out from the start then neji goes all out defence from the beginning and like I said sasuke can not keep susano active forever as he stated it hurts every cell in his body while doing so.

Once Neji hits Susano'o in its weak point (being the back) Susanoo will regenerate as he did with Danzo. So it won't be kenjutsu vs taijutsu. Sasuke will just summon it once more or regenerate it.

If neji gets close havenly rotation it will be his chakra damaging susano no neji him self so he will not get hurt by the flames.

I think Sasuke could easily set up Kirin in this match if he keeps his distance, so what happens then? Neji has nothing to counter it with and his movement speed isnt that fast.

The points you mentioned above are all correct but the way you think is one sided....know what I mean.....if you think from both the prospectives......

Sasuke ain't a **** head........he has a good speed, good genjutsu(maybe not as good as Itachi....remember Itachi was a genius),susanoo.....n Amaterasu ain't easy to dodge....even if you know Sasuke is gonna throw that flame at you.....unless you are really quick....you can't evade it.....

Now, how can neji beat Sasuke?....if Sasuke goes long range....how is he gonna beat him?Sasuke can definitely fight long range but can neji?.....

I think maybe neji can beat Sasuke 1/10 times if.......

And Sasuke hardly ever runs from someone hes trying to fight
So close range combat is inevitable

True which is why neji will have to be on the defence and then switch to offensive to get closer. Also if neji prolongs the battle sasuke will at some point deactivate susano. I am talking about a life or death one on one.

Nope if this was the old sasuke that would be the case but sasuke will start with susano and amaterasu first so this will be the main battle and if neji does succeed then sasuke's chakra points will be blocked so he will have to use taijutsu and kenjutsu.

I agree sasuke can summon his hawk if susano is de activated but he will have to get close to neji as his chakra points will be blocked.

Yh I think neji, choji butterfly mode and lee gates are the only members of konoha 11 that can stand a tiny chance against ems sasuke and naruto km mode. But with naruto BM and if sasuke gets the rinnegan, NO CHANCE and the topic should not even be brought up

Even kakashi couldn't react on it, he used kamui to dodge it.

and it doesn't work like you say,
heavenly rotation cannot do anything against susano, there is a reason why susano is called one of the strongest defense.

Tsuande's power packed punches couldn't break it...

Also , its just a defense wall of chakra basically...
if sasuke targets it with amaterasu , amaterasu will burn the that heavenly rotation .
So neji have to stop it,and the moment he do it, he dies as sasuke will throw a susano arrow at him.
