Madara is the most badass uchiha [even Suigetsu is more badass than tobi]

Lets See Madara Uchiha :

1. Lead the entire uchiha clan.

2. Fought Hashirama to the point of he(madara) almost died.

3. Still manage to get Senju DNA from hashi + without him knowning he manage to stay alive.

4. Madara goes to Other countries like a boss on his own.

5. Madara Raped 5 kages so bad.

6. Madara Even Counter Edo tensei & madara is the reason why itachi failed.

Now See Tobi :

1. Goes to Konoha get Raped by Minato.

2. Minato removed the kyubi out of tobi's control before he could even realise that.

3. Tobi Run away like a chicken while madara fought hashi almost till he(madara) died.

4. Tobi was scared of itachi and also was curious about nagatos too much powers.

5. Tobi almost died against konan :rofl:

6. Kabuto forced tobi to make him partner.

7. Kabuto also lied to Tobi like a boss.

So Tobi fans can Bark all they want but fact is Tobi didnt even managed to own Naruto yet.
