kamui is the justsu that vanquish amatersu
sharingan user with amatersu from what we seen also have this justsu ton counter it

Mangekyou Sharingans tend to have special abilities that apply only to the wielder. For example...

Shisui: Kotoamatsukami
Kakashi: Kamui
Sasuke: Enton release
Itachi: Perfect Tsukuyomi (Time manipulation)
