No he couldn't dodge totsuka cuz Nagato can't walk and it's not Itachi's fault if Nagato can't. It's his state which is like that and opponents like Itachi could take advantage of this if they get the chance

In the contrary of Naruto, Minato can teleport himself in an instant. Instant is what will be needed by Minato to finish weakened Nagato who can't even walk

Itachi is > Nagato in intelligence, I'm not saying Nagato is low in intel. but this is the reason that Itachi was able to seal him is because he quickly saw the weakness of one of Nagato's most powerful attacks.

Don't forget that this fight was 2v2 until the very end where Itachi freed himself.

Also for everyone that refuses to talk about anything other than how Nagato is always handicapped by being crippled/immobile/Edo. HE WILL ALWAYS BE ONE OF THOES THINGS, The last time Nagato was healthy was when he was a teenager and fought hanzo.

K so people say that ti was kabutos fault that nagato lost but then they dont realise that it was also him who controlled nagato into using mutli paths at once.
