Danzo either has a supieriority complex or is retarded or madara isnt really good

I was rewatching danzo vs sasuke and after using his wood style and izanagi a few times he thinks that he should conserve chakra for madara. at that point he thought tobi was madara and he earnestly believed he could beat him if he conserves his chakra. since danzo mustve seen what madara can do, danzo either thinks hes better, is a retard, or madara isnt really that good

Danzo was an Elder and one of the most powerful Shinobi in Konoha. He is comparable to Hiruzen. He more than likely had more jutsu than what was shown because it was his only battle shown. He could've had something to beat Tobi, who knows?

Shisiu's genjutsu renders all skills usless (ie doesn't matter how strong Madara is), so Danzo was conserving chakra to use shisui's eye
