1.lol we aren't talking about 3-tomoe Sasuke.

2.And Neji can deal with Chidori-Nagashi on the fly? No he can't.

3.Neji can not harm Sasuke so get that straight.

4.And Susanoo is nearly instantaneous so how would Neji stop that.

5.Also, you do realize that you can use jutsu's while in Amaterasu right.

6.And closing your eyes to have 360 degrees? How does that even make sense. Show us proof where Neji can see 360 degrees with his eyes closed. Maybe I missed it.

7.Also, Neji is not as fast as Raikage so all of his attacks would be in slow motion for Sasuke's EMS.

8.And nothing has been penetrated because all enemies that have gone up against it have had to dodge it or use Kamui(even Kakashi said that he had to use Kamui or else shit would've gotten serious).

9.You fanboys try to make Neji unbeatable(when it comes to Sasuke) but Sasuke took out about 10 or more Zetsu clones by himself on one day(when he got his EMS) while Neji was getting slapped around by Zetsu on the FIRST day of the war. C'mon son, Neji will never be able to beat EMS or MS or CSM2 Sasuke. Just stop. You guys are embarrassing yourselves.

1. When you said base Sasuke I thought that was three tomoe, what is base Sasuke?

2.Revolving Heaven, Vacuum Palm, Byakugan chakra network vision.

3.He can, any character can be harmed.

4.After the flow is disrupted the susanoo would be dispersed and an opening would form.

Neji will always be able to find the weak point in it's chakra flow, he will also be using less chakra to disrupt the chakra flow than Sasuke would use to create another susanoo.

5.I don't understand this.

6.Hyuga have x-ray vision it does not matter if their eye are closed, hinata
can see up to at least 10km away, and can see heat also.

7. How many times did Sasuke dodge the Raikage?

8. Don't understand this either, I do know that Madara's magatama which should be more powerful than sasukes arrows has been blocked albeit by powerful shinobi.

9. Very well.

1. Neji would not have enough chakra to disrupt the arrow. He would need a huge amount and very precise timing. Even if he did, this would leave him drained and vulnerable.

2. The flames will continue to burn while Neji spins. Once he stops spinning, he will get burned by the existing flames or Sasuke could just use it again. You can't compare pushing raw chakra to ST or else everybody wouldn't have been so on edge about Deva Path. It is gravity manipulation. That is why Nagato was able to push the flames off. Neji can't do the same.

3. Like I said, it can go either way. If Neji sees Sasuke's eyes, then he has eye contact with Sasuke.

4. Naruto was able to apply enough force to Neji's rotation during the chunin exams to cause great damage to Neji. Susanoo is much stronger. Neji's rotation isn't going to be able to resist all that force. Also, don't underestimate the sharingan. Sasuke is faster than Neji so he can dodge in close quarters. If Susanoo is up, Neji is dead.

ps. Tenten said that Neji's defense was better than Gaara's. She was wrong. Gaara's sand uses little chakra and he can cover his entire body if he wants. Rotation uses a great deall of chakra and can't be used constantly.

1: He has above average chakra according to the databooks which put him at a 3.5. If we base it off that, i'm sure he could do it twice at max. Needless too say he isn't gonna stand there and wait for sasuke to shoot him.

2: Using chakra as a force has been proven to push objects off the user. I do recall the OP posting the manga scan. Regardless he can exert chakra out of any pore in his body, and with enough chakra can physically push any amaterasu off him.

3: Tsukoyomi needs to physically connect with someones eyes. His dojutsu is perfect for avoiding it. If sasuke can't see neji's eyes he can't use it. Its impossible for it to go the other way around.

4: Neji wasn't in rotation when naruto was using kyuubi chakra.

I have no doubt in my mind sasuke is faster, however neji is better then him at taijutsu and his hands move at insane speeds. Sure sasuke can predict the movements, but can his body keep up with avoiding his 128 hand strikes with a few seconds of each other?

We saw neji use it multiple times as a genin and now he is a jounin. I'm sure the jutsu is much more versatile in terms of usage.

1. Neji's has shown his the precision of his eyes has increased, if he has good enough precision and timing a lot less chakra would have to be used.

2. This would be true if Neji just spun with his arms stretched out, but the powerful chakra is expelled from him, you can see the ground bellow him is often crushed after he uses this tech to due to the force of the chakra expulsion.

So the flames won't burn him as they won't even touch him.

3.Alright well I was always of the opinion that eye contact needs to be between both the caster and the opponent, but let's say the opponent just has to look into the eyes of the caster, how would Sasuke know?

Since Sasuke can't know when Neji is looking at him and he can't keep Sharingan Genjutsu up forever it is not very feasible that Neji will ever fall under Sharingan Genjutsu in this fight.

4.Yes I thought something like this might (naruto overwhelming Neji) come up as it is valid enough, but this was the chunin exams after all, and naruto is a Nin-jin, it's almost certain that just as Sasuke can kill a 9 tailed 13 year old Naruto with ease Neji can block his attack using Revolving Heaven with ease.

*Sigh* this is getting old. EMS Sasuke>Neji. Get over it. Susanoo isn't just chakra, it's a monstrous armored ethereal being.

Neji's vacuum palm that you people keep mentioning doesn't attack the chakra points, it attacks the vital points, which are different. And it wouldn't even get through since Sasuke has susanoo.

Neji's a close range fighter and he's not getting anywhere near Sasuke, so it's pretty much impossible for him to win. Neji relies on disrupting the opponents chakra flow to win and the only way for him to accomplish that is to attack the opponents chakra points and for that he needs to be engaged in taijutsu and Sasuke who's a mid to long range fighter would never allow him to get that close.

He's got plenty of ways of preventing it such as flying on his hawk, chidori nagashi, susanoo and etc.

Sasuke simply has too much power for Neji to handle and his fighting style is the perfect counter to Neji.

You keep talking about power, Neji's fighting still is not about power but precision, precision is what will win him the fight, did I ever claim that Neji's power will overwhelm Sasuke?

Of course it won't.

If Sasuke uses hawk it's a stale mate.

Neji uses byakugan to attack the vital points.

The chakra flow of a Ninjutsu and the chakra network of a person is different, attacking the network is about closing specific points, attacking the flow is about disrupting the flow.

When he broke free from Kisames prison he did not attack the chakra network of the prison as it does not have one, he disrupted it's chakra flow.

Where is this proof that Neji and Hinata can see with their eyes closed? I might've missed it. I've never heard of a sensor being able to see when someone is going to use genjutsu. I know they can sense it after the fact or if someone is under it. I never once said Sasuke has dodged the Raikage. I said that Neji is not as fast as the Raikage so all of Neji's attacks will be seen by Sasuke. Also, Sasuke can use mid to long range attacks while in Susanoo so Neji getting close to Sasuke will be next to impossible. Also, how would Neji disrupt Sasuke's chakra when he wouldn't even be able to get close to Sasuke with an Amaterasu cloaked Susanoo. Hell Sasuke could envelop his entire body with Amaterasu which would certainly kill Neji. And let's not forget Kirin and if you say that Neji can repel that with his rotating palm then we all know you would be the ultimate fanboy. In short, Byakugan cannot beat ,nor is it equipped to, Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.

The byakugan give the user 360 degrees of vision meaning they don't need their eyes open. Are you sure sasuke can maintain susanoo covered in amaterasu longer then neji can maintain continuous rotations? He is ranked to have the same stamina as neji in the third databook. Which means its increased but those EMS techniques consume large amounts of chakra.

For you both

1. To change the direction of the arrow you need a lot of force. Wood release is instant growing trees, a lot of force from this, and Danzo needed that to change the direction of the arrow. If not, he would have used wind release to change the direction of the arrow. He didn't because he couldn't. Neji can't redirect the arrow.

2. Ama burns chakra. It quickly burned through Sasuke's fire jutsu. It would quickly burn Rotation and any chakra used to try to push it off. Again, you can't compare Neji's chakra control to Shinra Tensei. They are completely different. It is like comparing scalding water to fire. They both will cause a burn but they affect and are affected by things differently.

3. Goes either way. Sasuke doesn't need genjutsu. Also Sasuke knows how byakugan works. He can assume that Neji sees his eyes and can attempt to cast a genjutsu. Sasuke is smart, unless you have forgotten.

4. Neji just started to rotation, so he was using the jutsu. The point of me bringing that up is to show that, with enough force, damage can be caused to users of Rotation. The amount of force from just a Susanoo punch is much higher than when Naruto used a small amount of Kurama's chakra. Rotation isn't a jutsu that gets stronger, only larger. Susanoo's strength would cause Rotation to collapse.

Sasuke was able to keep up Susanoo for an extended amount of time against Danzo, even after using Ama and Tsuko. Neji and his uncle have only been shown to use rotation for a few seconds for a reason. It cannot be sustained for long because it used pure chakra to stop attacks.

Of course it won't.

And you clearly don't get that Sasuke's fighting style perfectly counters Neji's. Neji has no way of disrupting Sasuke's chakra flow if he can't get near him. Neji is nothing but taijutsu. That's all he is and that's why he's not that powerful. No versatility whatsoever.

If Sasuke uses hawk it's a stale mate.

No, it's actually advantage Sasuke. He has plenty of long range jutsu and could simply summon his susanoo and fire his arrows from the air. Or aim amaterasu.

Neji uses byakugan to attack the vital points.

And to do that he needs to be engaged in taijutsu and Sasuke would never allow Neji to get that close, which is what you fail to understand.

Obviously, but as I said susanoo isn't normal chakra like you make it out to be. And Neji would have to be close to do even attempt it and susanoo would crush him before that happens.

The fact is Neji HAS to be close to do ANYTHING to Sasuke and that's not happening. Sasuke has so many powerful mid-long range jutsu that Neji would be killed if he ever tried to get close.

He could easily surround himself and his susanoo with a wall of amaterasu as he did to protect himself and Itachi from Kabuto.

He could use chidori nagashi to paralyze Neji if he tried to get close and then easily kill him.

You must be registered for see images

He could run his chidori nagashi through the ground forcing Neji to jump and then use amaterasu or susanoo arrows to kill him.

You must be registered for see images

I could keep going, but I honestly don't see the point. Sasuke wouldn't have much trouble with Neji at all IMO. Neji needs to get close to win and that's not happening. Neji's nothing but pure taijutsu and that's a terrible matchup against a shinobi like Sasuke.

You have reasons yes, but your first way is not something like Raikage's Raiton Armor, it's just something like park sensor. He used it against kidomaru too when he learn about Byakugan secret (not 360degree vision). But if Neji can able to use any jutsu like Chakra Armor but it would be something like Whole body Rasengan(chakra shape), not easy and not possible to learn quickly...If there would possible, yes he has chance against Sasuke without Susano'o. Still i can not see how he can able to counter Susano'o Arrow.

I don't understand....they have x-ray vision and Hinata has seen through solid objects.

I do not think it is reasonable of you to say, "just because Hinata's x-ray vision allows her to see through stone you can not assume that she can see through wood"

I can assume this because it is an entirely logical assumption, it would be odd for me to think otherwise.

Hinata can see through solid objects.

Sasuke dodged one of the Raikages attacks and it was an attack that the Raikage launched from far away, it was not Sasuke's speed but his predictive abilities along with his suggestive Genjutsu, which also requires eye contact, that enabled him to dodge, A's attack was also an elbow attack from the start (about 20 meters away) to the finish (just when Sasuke dodged) meaning Sasuke knew everything about it way before Sasuke dodged.

Neji's attacks are all from different angles and his Taijutsu speed is insane, even though the Raikages mobility is faster than Naji's, I don't see A doing continuous hand to hand combat at high speed, it tends to be mostly insane charges.

This post just supports that Base Sasuke can beat Neji. People just need to face the facts that Neji can't beat Sasuke. It is a bad match up. +rep

1: Danzo didn't have time to dodge it so he resorted to using wood release.

2: Your argument doesn't mean it won't be pushed off. Yes it burns through anything, but if its pushed off neji's skin, that is all that matters. That's why I compared it to shinra tensei. As long as it isn't burning neji all is good lol

3: I can't stress this enough, he needs physical eye contact. Its irrelevant to whether or not neji is using a dojutsu he needs eye to eye contact.

4: Its debatable, both are arguments don't have definitive proof as naruto never fought against neji's rotation at full power. Since it does get bigger though, I do believe neji could push susanoo away with just pure chakra.

You assume he used suggestive genjutsu. It was all predictive abilities and speed. If Neji comes withing close range, Sasuke will predict his movements and strike. Even without MS, Sasuke wins. Neji goes for a blow, Sasuke stuns with Chidori Nagashi and finishes with his sword or just chidori. Kakashi would beat Neji. Neji is good but not great.

I'm asking for proof from the manga or handbook or wikia or anime where it says that a byakugan user can use their power without their eyes open. And it hasn't been stated(as far as I know) that EMS consumes as much chakra as MS because you don't lose your eyesight and he can use amaterasu on more than one enemy so the jury is out on that one until there is substantial proof. And once Sasuke has Susanoo up Neji would have to keep up rotating palm even though that would be folly since he doesn't have Kamui. The reason I can't take this byakugan better than EMS is because Neji was getting his ass handed to him by Zetsus(on the first day of the war) while Sasuke has been shown to defeat 100 soldiers by himself without getting blood on himself as well as defeating 10+ Zetsu by himself.

These are very good thought out logical arguements. I think Neji can handle genjustu and ameratseu, but he would be in trouble with sasunno.

Even though I think sasuke would beat him, Neji does stand a chance.

1.And you clearly don't get that Sasuke's fighting style perfectly counters Neji's. Neji has no way of disrupting Sasuke's chakra flow if he can't get near him. Neji is nothing but taijutsu. That's all he is and that's why he's not that powerful. No versatility whatsoever.

No, it's actually advantage Sasuke. He has plenty of long range jutsu and could simply summon his susanoo and fire his arrows from the air. Or aim amaterasu.

And to do that he needs to be engaged in taijutsu and Sasuke would never allow Neji to get that close, which is what you fail to understand.

*Sigh* you're explaining things that are already obvious.

He could run his chidori nagashi through the ground forcing Neji to jump and then use amaterasu or susanoo arrows to kill him.

I could keep going, but I honestly don't see the point. Sasuke wouldn't have much trouble with Neji at all IMO. Neji needs to get close to win and that's not happening. Neji's nothing but pure taijutsu and that's a terrible matchup against a shinobi like Sasuke.

Susanoo is a ninjutsu and like all ninjutsu if it's chakra flow is disrupted it will lose it's for, if I was explaining things that are already obvious you should agree.

Chidori Nagashi to the flow, Neji counter's with Vacuum Palm.

Chidori Nagashi, Neji sees the chakra and evades to get in range.

Sasuke needs to go long distance to be out of range of vacuum palm.

Neji can still see Sasukes chakra networks from long range, and attacks from long range take longer to hit the target, the combination of these to make Sasukes attacks anything but difficult to dodge.

As for the Amaterasu wall that fades if Sasuke's chakra drops as shown in his fight with A.

Also Neji can use two consecutive vacuum palms so that the disruption of susanoo is followed by an attack on the vital points of Sasuke.

The prep time for vacuum palm is virtually non existent, so Sasuke won't have to just be "Standing there watching", for it to be effective.
