Well, if sasuke got with Karin then both the babies would have uzumaki chakra and kekkai genkai and so then it would just be a matter of what's better: sharingan or byakugan?

and naruto's son would clearly we stronger with byakugan and alot of chakra but wen sasuke's son grows up he will kill sasuke and take his eyes and then kill naruto's childish son with a one hit new type of powerful technique by gaining his mangekyou sharingan.....................haha im bored

Naruto son would be stronger:massive chakra,strong Uzumaki lifeforce and Byakugan.If he makes lots of clones and touches with just one Sasuke son he would be finished!

If these guys ever get to children making, the world will be happy and peaceful enough so that they most likely won't bother training everything up to that point. and i believe that sasuke's son would not be that strong, because i think he wouldnt achieve any high level sharingan, he may have a joyfull life ! XD with his parents, cause only uchia's with doomed life are strong, XD HAHAHA !
