Proof that masked tobi COULD b an Uchiha.

so i am not saying that i am sure he is an Uchiha, but he could be. teh proof is: that kakashi has a sharingan, right? he has to cover it up. Why? because it consumes immense amount of chakra. he covers it so he doesn't waste his chakra.
let's go to Ao now, the guy with byakugan from kiri. i think he covers his byakugan for the same reason. i would say the same reason with Danzo.
Now, how is all this related to Tobi? he has a sharingan as we all know. two, in fact. He lost one to izanagi. When the copy ninja kakashi, and danzo, don't have enough chakra to keep using their sharingan's all the time, it would seem unliekly for tobi too, unless of course he is

1. Kisame
2. An uzumaki
3. Jinchuriki
   1. madara
      1. a Kage

he is none of them.,obviously. so the only way he can use the sharingan is by being an uchiha. when he doesn't have enough chakra, he can simply, you know, switch it off, because I don't remember him showing him his sharingan when he was Diedera's partner in the sanbi arc or before. He put Kurama under his control, and only Madara has known to do that. also, he knew alot about the Uchiha during when he decided to help itachi with the masaacare., and that could be if he was either an Uchiha, and elder, or a spy.

the only flaw in my theory is that he hasn't awakened his MS yet. I have no idea why. Maybe i could be wrong, maybe i could be right. so please guys, cut me slack. i'm just giving my opinion here.

no tobi has a good chakra pool by using those tailed beast plus he has zetsu in him which is why he can use the sharingan like that since hashirama dna and the younger son cool down the sharingan effects.

I believe that tobi hasn;t used his mangekyou because of the immense drawbacks it has for the user, it is a double edged sword. He doesn't have a relative until proven other wise so he wouldn't be able to obtain an EMS, but until stated by the manga we do not know.
