Help! Perfect circle scratch on my Batman Arkham City

My cousin messed up my Batman Arkham City disc and scratch that looks like a ring appeared. If I take it to gamestop will they fix the disc?

Also back in april I bought Naruto Generations and Batman Arkham City. On the receipt I got it says: GPG - 1 year $25.00-$99.99.

Does that mean that the games that I bought on that day I can take them for replacement or something/

I don't think they'll just repair the disc, they're a shop. Maybe an exchange.

They told me I could take back the Naruto generation back if It broke since I have a whole year of warranty but I don't know if it applies for Batman Arkam City. I bought both of them on the same day at the same time.

If you have it for the 360, all you need to do is install it into the hard drive and that's it xd
But if you want, take advantage of your warranty :b

Same thing happened to me when i first received my Xbox, i scratched my MW2 CD, took it back to the store told em the CD came in the case like that, got a new one.

Mind I suggest not touching the Xbox next time it's currently playing a game? They're notorious for being able to fully mess up your game disc if you do anything to it while it's playing a game.
But yeah, you might be able to get it replaced if you have a warranty. You can probably trade it in for $20... Freaking rip-off...

I bought this game for $30 xd. But sometimes the gamestop I go is a ripoff.
