Is there a reason to why tobi has one sharingan and one rinnegan?

is there a reason to why tobi only has one sharingan and one riineggan/? it were true that the rineggan was the evolve form of the ems than why dint he take both and implanted them?? i think he created a new technique using one of each eye.. wtf do u guys think?

but madara has both , n the battle scene (manga) it shows he can use both ,its either two sharingans or two rinnegans.. i dont see why tobi dint do the same.

Where did you come with that idea from? Sure it might have something to do with the Juubi, but he would lose his time space jutsu if he traded he Sharingan. But the Juubi eye is a combo of the Rinnegan and Sharingan so there is something right in what you say.

Problably because Tobi don't have the same control over the Sharigan as Madara. Tobi cannot turn the Sharingan off.
