gaara would be able to fight on par with sasuke IMO. he didnt do so bad vs madara yagata, meteors and susano swords.
4th raikage is faster than sm naruto by quite a big margin even with sm's perception. you can see shit coming but your body cant be fast enough to avoid it. plus no prepped clones but it seems like naruto can maintain it for fairly long now.

Team 2, Gaara and Ay compliment each other well, one is long range and overwhelming attack radius, the other is incredibly strong/fast, and close range, both have a considerable ultimate defense and both have massive chakra reserves.
