Is Itachi As Fast As KM Naruto

I was in this debate about how Itachi cant dodge a Susano'o arrow and I hear this by

And itachi's uncomplete suasnoo stopped kirin so im sure it can stop those stupid arrows, not to mention itachi can dodge em. He's fast enough to keep up with KM naruto an Killer bee at the same time in taijutsu so he's extrememly fast an has great reflexes.

lets use logic...Itachi can keep up in movement against KM Naruto(fast enough to keep up with the raikage the fastest ninja alive) an killer bee at the same time.

I think the proper question should have been if he can dodge arrows or not. Personally i don't think cuz Kakashi couldn't even have time to move. Even if Itachi is slightly faster, i don't think there is a great gap in speed between Itachi and Kakashi

to put it into perspective, Sasuke's and kakashi's speed don't vary that much.. they both have 4.5 and have been complemented for it...
