Itachi vs Guy

Conditions: Itachi is alive(the one who fought Sasuke)

I think the fight could be interesting cuz Guy knows how to fight Sharingan without looking in the eyes of the opponent. Since his intent is to kill the opponent and knowing Itachi, he will directly use gates(6 or 7gates) and in this mode he is too fast and powerful. Tsunade was able to break Susanoo, so i think maybe Guy could break it also especially when you see the power of the 7gates.

I'm not saying Guy will win, but i think he could put a good fight. What do you think?

First of all Izanami would be an waste of an eye on itachi's part since gai "doesn't need to change his ways" but i think Gai would probably take this the way i think itachi could win is if he uses the sussano

Even morning peakock and afternoon tiger could be blocked by yata mirror as they are so straight forward. I think its perfectly possible for gai to be caught in genjutsu somehow by itachi, and gai would have nothing to save himself from amaterasu if hes hit

Could go either way itachi should take this high diff, but I also think Guy can take this very high diff.
7th gate will grant him enough speed to go behind susanoo and deliver afternoon tiger.
we haven't seen what 8th gate can do yet, but that'll just force a draw because 8th gate will kill the user anyway.
