temari vs alive third raikage in base only,no raiton armour bit he can use any other jutsu.35m distance who wins.

Err I like Temari and all. She is my second favourite character but she is not on the same level as a high kage tier kage. At max put her up against Darui, Mei, Tsunade and Kakashi. This is overkill for her. I am going to give this to the 3rd Raikage mid difficulty and this is being generous to Temari.

Although she can cut him up, it won't kill him.

he was clearly having to regenerate from cast net but for some reason not FRS. but he did not have raiton armour up for cast net and he wasnt in control of his body.

I think the reason behind that is because FRS attacks at a cellular level and since the dude has a metal body, it didn't do anything. On the other hand, the Cast net seems like a more potent cutting jutsu unlike FRS, which is more deadly but it spreads out and attacks on a small scale. Since the 3rd has metal skin, he has cells made out of metal which are resistant to the cellular blades of FRS. Both jutsus work in different ways but the Cast Net seemed to be more deadly in raw cutting power.

Anyway the Raikage should win with moderate difficulty at best.
