Edo madara could beat tobi first of all he has the 1st hokage power he probbley has much more jutsu's then what we have seen also Edo madara is stronger then Minato and since Minato defeted Tobi, Tobi couldn't beat Edo Madara or Hasirama because Hasirama defeted the orignal madara and the full chakra kyubii at the same time. Tobi almost lost to konan and konan is strong but if he almost losted to Konan how could beat Edo Madara and Hasirama and all these other powerfull shinobi u say Tobi can beat like all of Konaha he is currently fighting naruto we will see on that much if he can beat naruto the 3rd hokage in desperation he could use the reaper death seal to seal up Tobi. Minato already knows how to beat him and the speed exuse thats how Minato fights with his mind and speed.

It'd depend on the starting distance. If Tobi's in front of Kabuto's entire Edo Army and Kabuto's somewhere far off, then no. If Tobi knows where Kabuto is, then maybe.
