Wrong Madara.. that was Tobi. Madara got the Rinnegan from getting some of Hashi's DNA before he died.. Plus, Madara got Complete Susunoo and the ability to change from Rinnegan to EMS. He's got expertise in all of Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan jutsus, and is better at them too.

Sage and Kyuubi, right. Madara MIGHT be able to defeat that, since Sage Mode and Kyuubi Mode has it's limited time (I think).

Kirin, you need thundercloud in order to perform it, and if not, you need to make the clouds using a Fire jutsu. Plus, you got one chance to hit the opponet. Ya, not good statistics...

Ok, about the power, I can see in the future Sasuke and Naruto having to fight Edo Madara, and if so then they win but probably one of them dies, most likely Sasuke then Sakura brings him back to life using Chiyo's jutsu blah blah blah. But, this is just if they weren't in a TV show and this was for real, like the good guys don't always win in real (depends on the side you're on of course). So ya, in this battle, no such thing as "The Power".
