Am I right in thinking EMS Sasuke would beat Itachi 9 times out of 10?

What is the reason then?
Itachi is smarter, more skilled, faster, has a better usage of weapons and a better Taijutsu. Sasukes Genjutsus and Amaterasu won't work against Itachi as well and if we compare their Susanoo, Itachis has two unique weapons.

Itachi cannot keep up with Sasuke's chakra supplies. This isn't Edo Itachi. Itachi can only use Amaterasu like 2 times; pathetic if he's figthting Sasuke. He can't keep Susanoo up for long, Sasuke can stay his his for much longer. More skilled is debatable, and either way he's not getting in Sasuke's amaterasu covered Susanoo. You say he is smarter, but Sasuke is not stupid you know. Sasuke trumps Itachi in many areas aswell, not just PS.

There is no such thing as healthy Itachi. That is where you're wrong. 4 times is still not enough. He can't use it four times and expect to maintain Susanoo for long. Taijutsu Sasuke's Susanoo? That is suicide. Kunai vs Sasuke's Susanoo? lol. Speed vs Sasuke's Susanoo? Pointless. It is obvious who will win, because Sasuke will easily out last him stamina wise and can easily spam his amaterasu orb if Itachi ever steps out or runs out of Susanoo.

I agree and Itachi gets overrated. His stamina is bad, he can only use a few ms techniques, which take a toll on him unlike Sasuke.

Genjutsu is basically useless vs each other

Amateseru will be useless vs Susanoo it will just hit the front and besides they might be able extinguish one anothers

Susanoo with Totsuka+ Yata Mirror vs Susanoo with Amatereru sword+Bombs and Arrows will be the end fight

Chakra will also come into play here however its not clear how much Chakra Itachi has really but i believe it is around Sasukes maybe a bit lower

That is funny because i'm pretty sure Sasuke just takes out his Susanoo straight away these days. Just like when he wanted to spam attack the Zetsus.
