Mei/5th Mizukage best Suiton user?

Mizukage's/Mei's Suiton attacks have proven to be pretty much on par with Madara's Katon techniques. I mean look at the scale of his techs I also assume that Madara is pretty much the best Katon user in the Manger thus far.

Mei however had enough to negate Madara's katon attacks time and time again with her own Suiton tech's. Despite Madara's limitless chakara she still was on par with Madara's katon techs.

However what separates her from Kisame is that she can take her Suiton tech's even further by fusing it with fire to make an advance kekkei gen kai known as boil release.

Who knows? Kisame im sure was not alive in his prime at that time, same goes for Mei. They both weren't known as much as the 2nd Hokage so I doubt people boast about them as much as Tobirama. Besided, the only feats I see Tobirama with Suiton was the water wall and that water bullet or watever which wasn't on the same scale as Kisame's/Mei's.

well kisame made a lake sized landscape out of nothing with 30% of his chakara. While Tobirama under edo tensei which supposedly supplies the user with unlimited chakara barely managed to fill a roof.

They are all master's at water tech's, but she has the upper hand feat wise due to her KKG affinity. That imo is what separates her from Tobirama and Kisame. Her boil release and flexibility in fusing her Affinity's is what makes her better.

No I was talking about kisame and gai's 2nd bout the one with neji/lee/ten ten. Also imagine if Mei had kisame and all that monstorus chakara. She could easily replicate the scale of kisame's suiton techs. Where as Tobirama, hes debatable and in no way can anyone give a solid argument defending him with the evidence so far. If you are stupid enough to use the hiruzen battle as a proof of his suiton prowess then I won't even bother replying.
