I'd like to collect a list of some awesome OP justus. The rules are: it must already be theoretically possible. You cannot give a character new or foreign powers (e.g., you can't give Naruo sharingan or rinnegan.) however, collaboration is allowed.
example: Naruto makes a rasenshuriken in Tailed Beast mode that gives it the explosive power of a TBB. (along with the already inherent abilities found in a rasenshuriken, multiplied by the added power of the Nine tails)
whatever, I'm not good at examples but I'd like to hear ideas.

Ultimate Jutsu - Giant Iron Sand Thunderstorm
The user traps the enemy in a gigantic 2 layer iron sphere with a substance separating the two which doesn't conduct electricity. The user then opens a small opening inside the dome and shoots a higly charged and very fast blast of lightning into the inner layer and simultaneously closes the iron dome. The enemy is electrocuted over and over. The user then puts iron sand particles into the nose/mouth of the enemy in agony (not noticing because of the lighting shock) and when finished opens one more hole and shoots an extremely powerful Thunder release giant shot which sends them an extreme distance.

The other purpose of the Jutsu is to get iron sand into their body so they can be controlled directly if they survive the attack.

What the Technique does: The user first absorbs huge amounts of solar energy from sun rays and then discharges by shoots out highly accelerated beams of lightning infused with fire (creating appearance of red lightning) at a 360 degree angle as if the user themselves is undergoing a supernova. The temperatures evaporate all the liquid in the body of anybody hit with the technique creating an appearance of a 'mummified corpse' much like Pakura's Scorch Release. The speed is also considerably dangerous because of the highly accelerated particles by the sheer heat of the technique. The intensity of the heat is higher the closer you are to the user of the technique, the effectiveness of the technique decreases with increased range much like the user acting like a core in the center of the planet being the hottest and the furthest from the core being coldest compartively.

This is a variaton of the Kekkei Genkai scorch release technique

I think this is a potent terror weapon. People will have to fear the very plants that grow in their environments. Or perfect for perimeter defense, if you are low on man-power.
