Along with Tobi and Zetsu, that's like the perfect team. Anyway, I'm not the biggest Kabuto fan but he is definitely powerful. I'd even say far beyond Orochimaru. Underestimating him would be stupid. It doesn't take fanboys to realize that he is a top 5 ninja, alive at least.

And people who are saying Kabuto with his Edo, he is unstoppable... you are forgetting Madara who is the strongest out of the bunch, can break out of it and then turn against Kabuto.
Just imagine if he breaks out of it and then teaches the rest to do the same, or even breaks them out of it (if that is possible).
