Despite being a short chapter. I enjoyed it to an extent. It seems that Tobi is planning to summon the Ten-Tails to the battlefield. I had a good idea this was gonna happen because Bee and Naruto are going to take time to capture. It seems Tobi has lost his patience at this point. I for one thought he would capture Bee.
Madara needs to leave the battlefield or something. I'm starting to get annoyed of the talk-no-jutsu between him and the Kages. Just go to Tobi and leave them alone. He is just wasting his time in my opinion. The match could have been finished a long time ago. I wonder why he would no use the PS just because it has been a ruined moment for him. Last time i checked he was just slicing mountains and not hitting the Kages right away.
Sasuke is confusing me at this point. I think he is reverting to Hebi Sasuke. Instead of screaming and running around like a psycho. He is planning something at the moment. I believe that he is changing to the good side, because if he doesn't what purpose does he have left? He can destroy the village, but what's the point. His brother basically told him that he is in the village's side over Sasuke. The only thing Itachi told Sasuke was that he doesn't care what his younger brother does because he will love him.
Suigetsu and Juugo came in this chapter which was expected in a way. I knew they had to be getting close to Sasuke. I was surprised that Sasuke didn't kill them right away. Well who knows? Sasuke is a unexpected person. He always does something completely mind blowing in the last second. The scroll was something that i didn't completely understand, but i like i said, i'm lost at this point.

Is Sasuke lost about his decision to destroy the village?
Is Sasuke joining the good side?
Is Tobi by any chance Orochimaru?
Is Tobi going to summon the Biju?
Is Madara wasting his time with the Kages?
