Tobi is a Senju

I think tobi is a senju. I dont know why but sometimes i think to myself that tobi is a senju with a large chakra because he cannot deactivate his sharingan like nagato, he has some weird abilitys like the ability to teleport and untouchable. But sometimes i think he is an uchiha because why would madara team up with a senju when senju's are his enemy.

I doubt that it would be the elder son because why would he agree to kill is own Clan.

So confusing.

nagato had rinnegan not sharingan. and the reason we havent seen tobi with his sharingan decatived is cause he already masted his sharingan
