I'm a bit confused at the statement he made this chapter. What did he exactly mean? Did he say that the one's who have seen Susanoo, die, meaning the user. Or was he just being cocky by saying that it would be pointless to summon PS again after withdrawn it?

He basically means that the Perfect Susano'o is so OP that anyone who witnesses it shall die due to it's overwhelming power.

The Kages are lucky that Madara was forced to break the Edo Tensei contract, since he would have stayed in Perfect Susano'o and wiped them out.

I was confused because i thought he said something that the user dies from PS.

he means that its power is to great that you should be able to only see it once in a lifetime
