The sannin all have the same degree of Strength. Tsunade can beat a fully powered Orochimaru, where as Jiraiya cannot. In turn a fully powered Jiraiya can beat a fully powered Tsunade.

You are right in a way. If Jiraiya reaches sage mode than there is little chance for Orochimaru to win. Jiraiya in sage mode will have access to a lot more chakra than Oro so he can outlast him.

true, though i don't think jiraiya could go all out against oro..since he stil blames himself for not bringing him back to konoha...kinda like naruto n suske lol

Orochimaru had kabuto on his side when he fought the other Sannin, so there's no way of knowing his true power. Also, he experimented on himself which ultimately made him weaker, so we don't know what his power might be if he had improved himself through hard work (in his original body) like Jiraiya or Tsunade

When were Tsunade, Jiraiya and Orochimaru young, Orochimaru was smarter then Tsunade and Jiraiya. Hiruzen knew it that Orochimaru will be probably stronger than them and he wanted to give him the Hokage post. But when Orochimaru's parents died, he changed his mind and became heartless.
Jiraiya was able to learn SM. He is very strong, fast, inteligent and with his SM he is one of the strongest ninja.
Tsunade became the Hokage. Her healing ninjutsu is on the greatest level. She is able to healing the biggest injury without one hand seal.
And Oro? He did not get a chance to show his true power.
Do you think that Oro will show his power in manga or he died as the weakest of Sannin?

He is not the weakest nor the strongest sannin. They are equal in stenght.
Tsunade is stronger than Orochimaru, and Orochimaru is stronger than Jiraiya, but Jiraiya is stronger than Tsunade.

Snake>Toad>Slug>Snake>Toad>Slug basically, and when they were first named the Sannin I agree with this. But at the point they are at now I don't think It's true anymore, just based on theeir arsenal:

Orochimaru spend 20 years creating and discovering jutsu while extending his life just as he had always done.

Jiraiya and Tsunade spent that time drinking, getting laid, gambling and writing porn. All of which are great, but when you are already 40+years old, this tends to make you lose your touch.
