The scroll doesnt have to do with oro.

When suigetsu gives the scroll to sasuke he says it can change the war. Sasuke then reads it and is shocked by it and says he needs to find oro. To which suigetsu and juugo are suprised. Now, if they had actually read the scroll, why the hell would they be suprised? If it involves bringing oro back, they wouldnt have been suprised at all. So maybe this scroll has absolutly nothing to do with oro, and sasuke just needs him to help him learn more/elaborate about whatever the scroll says?

*Edit: i cant edit the title but there should be a possibly/maybe in it. And i mean it doesnt involve reviving oro, it has to do with him because he made the scroll. This is just an outlandish theory that i dont fully believe myself

i strongly agree, although it was in his hideout, a scroll would usually be a jutsu, or experiment, why would oro reveal all his secrets!

But does suigetsu even know who that is? The only people who know stuff about the sosp seem to be madara/tobi/jiraiya maybe/important akatsuki members and naruto.
