allow me to commence.
(i can't post links. please just go to page 11 in 592)
as we read suigetsu telling sasuke "but it seems that the edo tensei of madara is still around", notice the same kind of shock in his face as when itachi said he'll love him forever or when he first saw itachi's edo. i'm convinced sasuke he had an epiphany of some sort at this moment. here is where i think sasuke finds out madara really has an edo. as in he's resurrected from the dead, as in tobi might not be madara after all. think about what sasuke knew about tobi before this news. he, as well as you and I, thought madara is alive and couldn't be revived as an edo.
then the next page.
page 12, where i found this all out.
i can't believe no one called this out the first time they saw it: these three flashbacks are major clues to who tobi is. then sasuke, with his business face, says, "I see. so he's still around." he's referring to orichimaru? i don't know about that. sasuke begins thinking of orochimaru when he sees the scroll on the next page. and put your boners away, shisui fans. go watch dave chappelle's public transportation skit.
i'm not saying tobi is shisui, as we know he died as shown in itachi's memory. but i am,in fact, saying shisui's death may have something to do with who tobi is. why was it that itachi was only able to find tobi after shisui's death? though i have yet to make the connection to shisui's death and how itachi found out tobi was alive, it seems too coincidental to me. feel free to prove me wrong, i'm just saying. i'm pretty confident sasuke is at least close to figuring out who tobi is.
edit: my bad, i forgot about the capter "the eyes that look into darkness" where sasuke uses genjutsu on a zetsu and supposes tobi is a fraud. nonetheless, it suggests sasuke has an even more conclusive idea of who tobi is.
oh, and a fitting welcome to narutobase, i guess. hi everyone
