This theory overall seems very likely and would only explain why Orochimaru was trolled so much throughout the series. His lust for power and understanding of the world couldn't be taken away so easily, and even Sasuke (uchiha's) were forced to acknowledge this.

This is a nice theory though I don't know if I want Madara to get possessed by Oro because Madara is my third favourite character but it would be an nice plot twist.
Also when Sasuke says that I need to go meet someone who knows everything about the clan and village, does this mean that Oro knows about the Uchiha massacre?
I don't see this happening but it would be a cool twist. I think Madara will be the one that kills Tobi at the end. Thus it will be Madara vs Naruto/Sasuke. Since Madara is basically the combination of himself and Hashirama which is basically the same combo as Elder/Younger son of the SO6P.
That isn't Madara's body. He is just an edo. He is using somebody's else's body. I doubt its possible for Orochimaru to take over his body since its decayed to worm food.

Where do I start . May i first say ive underestimated oro from the beginning and i apologise to his fanbase. What i have to say might get them of their seat and perhaps even start daydreaming xd. Anyway after reading the latest chapter i believe;

Anyway Back on topic as i said oro still lives. The similarities between Orochimaru and Voldermolt is not just the snake affiliation or the fact that both are refereed to as 'Lord'. In Voldermort case the horcrux in Orochimaru's case the Curse seal. Im not here to discuss Harry potter but basically Voldermort split his soul and sealed them in different items. In oro's case he did something similar with the curse seal, but his is a step further. Oro's curse seal as description by the DB;

So orochimaru lives in everybody who has his chakra in them. The question is who else has orochimaru's chakra in them. Well there is Anko as ive showed you, but also kabuto;

Kabuto doesnt have the curse mark, but because he implanted some of oro in him oro's chakra also resides in himself and as kabuto said its trying to take over kabuto, the same thing that is happens to people with the curse seal. So it seems that as long as orochimaru's chakra resides in somebody there will always be hope of a return, he will never die until the people left with his chakra are erased, it seems there was always more ways than the Fushi Tensei (Living corpse reincarnation) for oro to take over a victims body.
Now for the theory that will get oro's fanbase of their seat. As we know oro has a thing for the uchiha and their powers. We saw that from the very beginning with itachi. Then he returned during the chunnin exams for sasuke and later tried to take over his body for sasuke to reverse it and absorb him. Basically orochimaru has wanted the power of uchiha for a very long time and has failed with itachi and sasuke who has had the curse mark taken away from him. Whilst orochimaru mightve failed to get these 2 uchiha's, he will get an uchiha. the question is who?. The answer is Uchiha madara. Yes i believe there will be a plot twist. I believe orochimaru will finally be awarded with the final villain. Will be awarded with his long dream of becoming an uchiha, orochimaru will take over madara's body because i believe orochimaru's chakra runs through madara currently.

I believe there is more to kabuto's enhancements that meets the eye. I believe he has added orochimasharu's chakra some way to madara and this is why;

So either madara's enhancements also has the cm2 nd thats why he grabbed his neck or as kabuto said he needs the cm2 because orochimaru's chakra resides in that and was using that power to bind his edo tensei's. Either war i believe orochimaru's chakra has been connected to madara's and it will not be long before he tries to take over the greatest uchiha and accomplish his plans. Funny enough this also links in very well with his philisophy. As we know the whole point of oro's existence is to learn the 'truth' of the world;

The whole reason for his research is to accomplish a technique that will make him go from one body to another because as we know we age, we die. But what if the body that orochimaru's takes over doesnt age and doesnt die, he will accomplish what he has always wanted;

But also he wants to learn about the basis of ninjutsu and every ninjutsu that existed and its no reason why he wants an uchiha from the very start. Its because of the rinnegan, something that madara also possesses ;
Okay I agree to a certain point and that maybe even why Madara knew the seal to release the jutsu. But Oro couldn't even take over Sasuke's body and Madara is 10times or more stronger than Sasuke. So then Oro must be using Madara as a surrogate to learn all the ninjutsu of the world cause as long as he has those eye and is an edo there's no way Oro can take over that body.
To that guy who said only the Uchiha (Madara) and Senju (Tobi) matter...There is a reason this chapter is called The Third Power...
Sigh...No one ever gets Impure World Resurrection. The soul and DNA sample work together with the ash to modify the DNA of the living sacrifice and form a perfect replica of the original. This is why even the Rinnegan can be copied. This means Orochimaru could take over Madara's body and keep the Senju and Harishima DNA because Madara's soul would be entrapped inside Oro's dimension. He could use say the Five Pronged Seal or variation of to quickly zap at Madara's chakra, and make him lose control. This would prevent the chakra from replenishing and allow it to hit zero so he can take over.
Notice the seal of Heaven is always on the neck area. This means Orochimaru only places this seal on the bodies with most potential. This makes me think only the Seal of Heaven has a portion of Orochimaru's soul within. Remember, Danzo had a seal that could make you lose all movement as well...And Orochimaru was a seal master. He can do this.
Not really sure it matters at this point. Naruto is about to fight(apparently, anyway) the juubi. If he wins this(which, we know he will), Madara/Orochimaru/Whoever the **** will be no big deal to him, though I think Madara(or whatever) will get sealed, or Sasuke will stop him, or Kakashi will warp him away or Gai will sacrifice himself with the 8th gate and somehow get rid of him.
Can't see Kishi having Naruto kill off Tobi, Sasuke AND Madara. Would be overdoing it a bit. One way or the other, Naruto and Co will prevail. Orochimaru has been trolled enough as is, no reason to have him take over some god-like character then have him just get figuratively bitch slapped. It was BS enough Itachi just one-shotting him like that as it is, no reason to make it any worse on him.
Kishi said the series was coming to an end, adding Oro back in would just complicate shit further and would prolong the series even longer, but maybe he's wanting to drain all the cash he can out of it.
i love this theory. it makes me very warm and fuzzy inside. the question most have been asking, "how is oro gonna take over madara's body if he has unlimited chakra?" only someone with immense chakra reserves could even stand a chance. this is why i think orochimaru is originally an uzumaki.

-unfathomable chakra supply (proven by storing so much chakra inside such a small seal in sasuke, to create something as large as the 8 headed serpent)
-his mastery of seals (the one's we've seen). his curse seal is definitely s-rank material.
-only those with uzumaki-like dna could even hope to have both the sharingan + rinnegan simultaneously (this also leads me to believe that tobi is somehow a product of oro/affiliated with oro)
-orochimaru has survived the side effects of his body transfer jutsu and such/is able to tank or take an immense amount of pain and still function (just like naruto)
-perfected edo tensei (would only make sense to set up the plot because he/kabuto must've known that madara knew the way to unseal it. thus giving Oro the opportunity for the perfect body)
-both the uzumaki and oro's sealing techs have been described to be rather "rough", then there's also the skill level and power that come with them. he only used the 5 element seal on naruto and no one else (shown anyway). coincidence that he just so happened to know the seal to disable naruto?
all in all he may be of uzumaki descent OR he took some of karin's or someone else's cells and implanted them in himself and somehow was able to amplify them. who knows. that's my only theory on how he could even begin to take over Madara. is because he has extremely strong chakra, that is.
