Has Kishi been nerfing Tobi and Madara?

I think Kishi realized how OP he made them (and the Rinnegan in general) and decided that he needed to nerf them in their fights and not have them use their full power...

Madara
-The only Rinnegan tech he's used is Preta Path
-The guy never follows up on his damn attacks
-He's not going to use Perfect Susanoo anymore because its ignoble? The guy was trashing-talking Tsunade just a few chapters ago..

Kishi's been making Madara do one attack, chill a little, then do another. If he went all out...

Tobi
-The only Rinnegan tech he's used is Outer Path
-Gedo Mazo isn't using any of the crazy things its done before
-He hasn't used any Genjutsu

And for Gedo Mazo, what happened to

Thoughts? He did the same thing with Nagato too. In fact, Nagato was nerfed/handicapped in every fight he was ever involved in.I think its just that he made the Rinnegan so cheap in general. Only a Rinnegan user can beat another full power Rinnegan user.

I agree completely ..and I don't like how Kishi is showing Tobi as a weakling , I mean he freaking declared War by himself FFS , surely he is Epic ...for example : The chapter when he though that he sweated from fear , I mean seriously Kishi ? :sy:

yes agree kishi will probably not show all powers to hax madara could just kill oonoki and use chibaku tensai and kill all he seriously annoys me he just makes one attack and than he gets wet drams about hashirama and makes some cheap hollywood one liners and thinks he is a boss

I think he's intentionally doing it. I don't see why they wouldn't be able to use them. And regardless, aside from that there's still things like Gedo Mazo just using physical attacks and Madara not following up or just re-raping them with attacks that nearly killed them before.

Agree. Madara was suppose to be Uchiha's head before any village. He went trough many battles and can't kill a bunvh of weaklings?

Hmmmm. I have a hunch they may not have fully mastered the Rinnegan you know. I mean, implanting a Sharingan doesn't give you its abilities auto. You have to train in order to unlock said abilities. Why would the Rinnegan be any different? He stated that he unlocked it shortly before his death. How long did it take Nagato to fully master it? 20+ years? That's why i'm not sure if Madara is even able to use Chibaku Tensei etc. I'm just not sure...

That's true too. Tobi's only claimed to be able to use Human Path on top of him actually using Outer Path, and Madara's only used Preta Path even in situations where Shinra Tensei could have done the job better...

Tobi doesn't have much chakra compared to Naruto and Kirabi so he's holding off on using everything. Madara is a pretentious douche so he's just ignorant.

Well, only time will tell at this point. They'd still be two of the strongest characters in the series, but it would mean alot of people have been overestimating their power.
